The friendliest staff and most unique gift stop in NOLA!! Stop here whenever you’re in town to get all your souvenirs to take with you. You will not be disappointed and will definitely get a good laugh out of the experience!

Stopped in to browse and ended up getting some great souvenirs and excellent customer service. The location we visited was out of stock in the size of a specific shirt we wanted to purchase. The store sales person apologized and immediately checked the stock and noted the other location in the French Quarter had it available. He proceeded to call the store and let them know we would be heading there later and gave us a coupon for 20% off because of the inconvenience. Great customer service!

Crabby Jack’s is such a gem! Popped in just to browse and ended up leaving with way more than I planned (in the best way). They’ve got a little bit of everything local snacks, cool souvenirs, quirky gifts, and even some really useful everyday stuff. The place has that cozy, old-school general store vibe, and the staff are super friendly and helpful without being pushy. Prices were reasonable too, which was a nice surprise. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, it’s definitely worth a stop. Five stars for sure!
